A medical device database

This podcast introduced me to HaRi (“Harry”). It intends to be a global database of medical devices, with regulation information. The inspiration is to be to medical devices what the British National Formulary is for drugs.

On the main topic of the podcast—medical AI regulation—the answer is: go ahead and do your vibe coding, get more prototypes built, and then go do your trials, gather the data, and do your documentation for regulation.

Having said that, if you’re just going to deploy an LLM, regulation is tricky
