State of some longevity therapies (as of mid-2024)

A very nice kind of Q&A on changes in longevity research over the last 3 years.
- Sirtuin: not worked out.
- Cellular reprogramming: interesting, no trials yet, but being pursued by a bunch of organizations.
- Biological clocks: mixed, shows some promise.

This is all good to see, and I hope that human trials will lay down a solid rationale for extending healthy lifespan pharmacologically. This field has seen an awful lot of hype and nonsense over the years, but there are areas with unignorably hard data, and more is coming
