My blogging workflow (early 2024)

Adding to the My Blogging Workflow world, which I saw via I am BARRY HESS.

What I do is:

1. Open up Pika.
2. Click “Write post”.
3. Put down an idea, sentence, link, click “Save as draft”.
4. Later — maybe an hour, maybe two days — if I still like the idea, complete the post and click “Publish post.

That’s it.

Contributing to why I stopped blogging, my previous workflow involved manually creating markdown files, cropping and saving images, putting it all in git, and fretting over terrible typography and layout, but doing nothing about it.
